Who handles your data
Greta Andreolli, VAT IT03052900184, is the data controller. For any question about your data, write to me at andreolli.design@gmail.com.
What data I collect
From the contact form: your name, email, the type of service you're interested in and your message. Only what you write.
While you visit: the service hosting this site logs, for technical and security reasons, the IP address of anyone opening its pages. I don't use this data.
Why, and on what basis
I use the form data only to reply to you and, if you want, to arrange a first call and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request, that is, steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Giving me your data isn't mandatory, but without a name and email I can't reply.
Who else sees it
Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States) receives the form and forwards it to me by email.
GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., United States) hosts the site.
Both process data on my behalf and only for this purpose. As they are based in the United States, data may be transferred outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking tools. Even the fonts are loaded from the site itself, not from external services.
How long I keep it
I keep messages for as long as I need to reply. If we start working together, I keep them for the duration of the project and for legal obligations, such as tax requirements. If we don't, I delete them within 12 months.
Your rights
At any time you can ask me to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive a copy of it (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Just write to andreolli.design@gmail.com.
If you think your data is being handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
